Optimity launches International Exchange for Young People
Optimity has become the first company in Tech City to launch its own international apprenticeship exchange. Working with the Swiss Government and Swisscom, Optimity is running an intensive 6 week programme for apprentices to work in London’s Tech City.
Two of Swisscom’s apprentices, Laura Hermann and Yanik Wehril, were selected from a huge number of applicants to be the first to take part in the programme.
Anthony Impey, Optimity’s Founder & Managing Partner said: “This is a unique and exciting opportunity for young people to develop international work experience while doing an apprenticeship and proves that apprenticeships offer the same career opportunities to studying a degree.
The programme is part of Optimity’s focus on building and developing talent in-house in order to offer clients an outstanding experience.
