Optimity appoints Leeland Pavey as COO as business accelerates growth

 

Optimity Limited (‘Optimity’), the award-winning internet service provider which is pioneering fixed-wireless as an alternative to fibre that is backed by FPE Capital, has appointed Leeland Pavey as Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Leeland has an impressive track record in operations leadership including running Zayo’s European operations for the past 5 years as its COO. This included having responsibility for all Zayo’s dark fibre and metropolitan service delivery activities.  Leeland has also held operations leadership roles at Abovenet Communications and Metromedia Fiber Network.

He has a BSc in Construction Management from Brighton University and Diploma in Management from the Open University.

His role will strengthen the senior team at Optimity as it expands the reach of its Wibre™ ultra-fast broadband and cloud services across central London.
