DUTIES (among others)
Develop Optimity’s relationships with customers and suppliers by communicating precise and accurate information regarding new and existing projects.
Deliver projects on time and endeavour to meet milestones.
Maintain an excellent understanding of the Optimity product range, the features and the benefits they present to our client base.
Consistent project updates to clients against SLAs alerting them to any potential delays or unforeseen challenges. Update CRM and Project Management Systems accurately as required.
Implement and integrate fibre and copper circuits through internal engineering teams, direct customer contact and communication with vendors.
Liaise with Optimity stakeholders regularly.
Sales survey works – Detailed report to ascertain project scope, deliverables, resources, times and costs. Documentation should be kept producing post sale documentation.
Provisioning Survey – Detailed on site survey for works, production of report for engineering, wayleave, legal, clients and handover to provisioning.
Meeting with Landlords and Clients to agree installation. Arrange access appointments and site visit requests for engineers and vendors.
Guide and support engineers on site depending on size of project, from surveying knowledge.
Creation and maintenance of documentation to ensure records are kept up to date for node buildings.
Creation of Photo Method Statement and Risk Assessments.
Assisting in for all FWA deployments on the network.
Assisting on creation of H&S documentation of RAMS from site surveys, working closely with GIS technician and models. Follow best practice and adhere to strict H&S procedures.
Assisting on delivering quality of all deliverables.
Assisting on survey works to ensure completed to required standards.

At least 5 years’ proven working experience as a Project Manager in an ISP/MSP.
Incredible technical knowledge of networks, both WAN and LAN .
Highly organised, professional, empathetic and confident.
IT literate; proficiency in a multitude of platforms.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Good team working skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organisation, deadline focused.
Have customer focus.
Hands-on technical or field experience.
Degree educated; IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
