We are looking for someone who is both ambitious and self-motivated who can take ownership of a variety of projects in a very fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be both customer and stakeholder facing and be able to deliver best practices consistently.

Network Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Network Engineer to work within a team responsible for the installation, management and service of Optimity’s ISP products. The role offers ownership & responsibility for building a robust network documentation process, managing alerts & reporting. You will be able to produce detailed technical HLD / LLD documentation of complex ISP & MSP network topologies and assist with network auditing, incident reports, proposals and 3rd tier ticket escalation.

You will be required to produce new and supplement existing high & low level documentation for existing large campus network environments through SME LAN network environments. You will be experienced across multi-vendor technologies and environments including typical Cisco & Juniper equipment, maintaining existing documentation and asset management platforms including RackTables and others.

Procurement Officer

The position is for a Procurement Officer, with the ownership & responsibility for developing the existing company-wide procurement process. You will have experience working within the typical IT managed services product & service stack, sourcing infrastructure hardware, software licensing agreements & endpoint devices. You will already be managing a multi-tenant subscription licensing environment within an array of typical cloud SaaS providers, including Microsoft CSP, Google Workspace, Adobe, Ruckus, Cisco Meraki & Sophos.

A primary requirement will be to take ownership of the existing workflow and process for vendor selection, partner agreements, ordering & providing internal stakeholders with vendor marketing collateral. You will be experienced across multi-vendor technologies and SME environments and have a good understanding of existing and emerging business critical technology.

This role supports the IT & Service Delivery team in the development of standard and complex hardware, software and sourcing strategies to provide the highest total cost of reseller value to Optimity.

Cloud Engineer

The role is for an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong AWS and/or Azure experience to join an existing skilled Infrastructure team. Split between 3rd line escalated support and project work, supporting existing client solutions, advising on improvements and gaps.

Designing & implementing new business projects. Projects (from design to implementation and post-implementation support) to include; cloud migrations (Email, Data, DaaS, IAM,IaaS, SaaS), DR and BCP, etc.

This individual will be a self-starter, confident & showing initiative. Azure certified admin with project experience looking for the next step into project delivery/solution architecture.
